PRD: Brondings Payment Gateway Integration

Problem: Unibee needs support for Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Lightning Network payments for the Hjallr web hosting project.

Solution: Integrate Brondings payment gateway using OIDC authentication, supporting both merchant account setup and customer payments.
