PRD: Comprehensive Element X Testing Plan for v4 Sync Endpoint

Problem: The v4 sync endpoint lacks comprehensive testing and has known functional gaps (rooms stuck unread, unable to join public rooms). Without visibility into Element X's requests/responses, debugging is difficult.

Solution: Deploy nginx logging proxy for side-by-side comparison, enhance debug logging, fix known issues, and execute comprehensive test checklist covering all user-facing features.
