- MSC3266 Room Summary API for lightweight room previews
- Element X compatibility with legacy path support
- Federation support for remote room summaries
- Public room preview bug fix

Endpoints:
- GET /_matrix/client/unstable/im.nheko.summary/summary/{roomIdOrAlias}
- GET /_matrix/client/unstable/im.nheko.summary/rooms/{roomIdOrAlias}/summary (legacy)

Testing:
- Functionally tested with Element X iOS 25.10.2
- Federation tested between Synapse and Dendrite
- Production-ready with low rollback risk
